Didjeridu

I will be hosting two radio shows this month – one on Sunday 13th and another on Sunday 20th.
The range of music styles will be eclectic to say the least but rest assured, didjeridu will be featured.

Every month I will be featuring a beautiful instrument available for sale either by mail order or for collection.

My didjes are made from selected British hardwoods. Rendered from branches of trees that were legitimately pruned as part of a tree’s necessary maintenance programme they are then kiln-dried until totally devoid of moisture and stress.
The hollowing/shaping processes demand the best possible sound tuning and finish before each didjeridu leaves the workshop. Specific sizes, keys and finishes can be made to order.

I will post photographs of the didj and by some clever trickery you will also be able to hear what it sounds like.

I will be performing at the Red Cow in Richmond, 59 Sheen Road TW9 1YJ this Sunday with ‘Mildred‘ (the second member of my one-man band).
YES … Halloween !
